吴长江，男，汉族，四川省巴中市人，文学硕士，现为香港特别行政区对外文化交流协会会长，香港特别行政区文学艺术界联合会副主席、香港美术家协会常务副主席、香港艺术研究院院长、香港香江书画院院长，中共中央直属机关党校客座教授，四川省硬笔书法家协会名誉主席，国家一级美术师。

吴长江艺术简介

七十年代初出生在川陕革命老区四川省巴中市南江县。四十多年来，书画之余先后做过教师，新闻记者，国家级、省级媒体杂志社社长、总编辑，省级有关部门负责人等。

现为中华人民共和国香港特别行政区对外文化交流协会主席，香港特别行政区文学艺术界联合会常务副主席，香港特别行政区美术家协会常务副主席，香港艺术研究院院长、香港香江书画院院长等。

兼任中央国家机关书画院副院长，中南海艺术中心特聘国礼艺术家，文化部中国书画院常务副院长，四川省硬笔书法家协会名誉主席，四川省传统文化促进会常务副会长等。国家一级美术师。

自幼在父辈影响下写毛笔字和习图画，中学师承石文格先生学书法，1989年至1991年在参加启功书法高级研修班，学到了启功先生的真传书艺。2000年后再次拜师启功先生高徒现任全国政协常委、中国书法家协会主席苏士澍先生至今。1995年开始先后在著名画家侯德昌、白雪石、范曾先生等鼓励和指点下大胆尝试美术研修和创作，主攻山水、牡丹、工笔熊猫等。

近三十多年来，为社会各界创作并赠送书画作品上千件，书画作品多次获得国际国内文化艺术大奖，大量作品被国内外艺术机构收藏，其中工笔熊猫被推荐作为国礼赠送给奥巴马、普京、金正恩、文在寅等国际友人，被有关领导赠送给爱国人士董建华、何厚铧、梁正英、连战、马英九、吴伯雄、江丙坤、宋楚瑜等港澳台同胞收藏。作品多次被文化部、外交部、对外友协选送到到联合国总部、巴黎卢浮宫、东京博物馆、伦敦国家美术馆等展出，在上海、深圳、北京等地举办书画展近十次。

近三十副大山水作品有幸先后被人民大会堂、中央办公厅、外交部、文化部、教育部、新闻出版总署、钓鱼台国宾馆、国家电网、四川省人大会议中心成都锦江大礼堂，香港特区政府、中央对外联络部、中联办、驻港部队等相关会议室选用。

Wu Changjiang, Male, nationality of Han, born in Nanjiang County, Bazhong, Sichuan in the early 1970s, has taken various jobs like teacher, journalist, editor-in-chief of magazines, and person in charge in different government departments.

He is now the President of Foreign Cultural Exchange Association of HKSAR, Executive Vice President of Hong Kong Federation of Literary & Art of HKSAR, Executive Vice President of Artists Association of HKSAR, Director of Hong Kong Academy of Arts, Director of Hong Kong Xiangjiang Painting Institute.

At the same time, he is also Deputy Director of Central State Painting Institute, specially appointed artists of Art Center in Zhongnanhai, Executive Deputy Director of Chinese Painting & Calligraphy Institute of Ministry of Culture, Honorary President of Sichuan Hard-tipped Calligraphers Association, Executive Deputy Director of Sichuan Traditional Culture Promotion Association. Last but not least, he is a national first class artist.

Under the influence of his father, Wu began to practice calligraphy as well as traditional Chinese painting in a very young age, when in middle school, he became a disciple of Mr. Shi Wenge by learning calligraphy, from 1989 to 1991, he engaged in advanced study of calligraphy tutored by Mr. Qi Gong. Ever since 2000, he has been a disciple of Mr. Su Shishu, now a member of CPPCC, President of China Calligraphers Association, the outstanding disciple of Mr. Qi Gong. In 1995, with the encouragement and instruction of the famous traditional Chinese painters like Mr. Hou Dechang, Mr. Bai Xueshi, and Mr. Fan Zeng, he began to try fine arts training and his own creation, specialized in tradition Chinese painting of mountains and waters, peony and Gongbipainting of pandas.

Over the past 30 years, Wu has created thousands of pieces of traditional Chinese paintings and calligraphy for all sectors of society, his works not only have won many prizes home and abroad but collected by different artistic institutions, among them, the Gongbipainting of panda is recommended as national present to Barack Obama, Putin, Kim Jong-un, Moon Jae-in, and collected by Tung Chee Hwa, Ho Hau Wah, Leung Chen-yin, Lien Chan, Ma Ying-jeou, Wu Po-hsiung, Chiang Pin-kung, James Chu Yu Soong. His works have been dispatched dozens of times to the UN HQ, Louvre in Paris, Tokyo Museum and National Gallery, London by Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Chinese People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, also his works have been in exhibition in Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing for several times.

Nearly 30 paintings of Chinese traditional painting of mountains and waters were selected in display in the related meeting rooms of Great Hall of the People, Central Office, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Education, General Administration of Press and Publication of PRC, Diaoyutai State Guesthouse, National Grid, Jinjiang Hall of Sichuan Provincial People’s Congress Center, HKSAR, International Liaison Department of CPC Central Committee, China Liaison Office, PLA HK Garrison.
